What's Included
1 x 360 Core Disc (Base Platform): The central rotating platform that delivers smooth, controlled 360° movement to target your entire core.
2 x Handheld Rollers: These detachable pieces can be locked into the base for full-body core workouts or used individually as handheld tools for push, glide, and wheel-based exercises.
2 x Stationary Caps: Snap these onto the handheld rollers to stabilize them during stationary exercises or when using the full board in a fixed position.
